I used to have a Sprint PCS cell phone. I had it for years. I was frustrated with dropped calls, and hostile customer service. Have you experienced this: You make a call, your call gets dropped, you call customer service to complain, you wait 30 minutes to get someone on the phone, and they try to blame you and begrudingly give you a credit of 7 cents? Having dealt with Sprint a lot, I'm pretty sure they hate their customers.
At this point, I've switched to Verizon. To avoid hours of arguing I paid Sprint a cancellation fee to get rid of a contract where they effectively failed to provide service in an area inside their coverage zone on that pretty map they show you in the store, you know the one that looks like a weather map on a summer heat wave. After getting ripped off, four months after cancelling I just got a bill out of nowhere for $22. Now if I don't pay it, I have to call and fight them on it, or I am going to get a negative write up on my credit report. Either way I'm in for more aggrivation from this company that I THOUGHT I got rid of.
Anyone else have a similar experience?
